What’s the best way to get to the venue?

Tuscany is best explored by car, as its countryside and charming hilltop towns are most accessible. There are also many beautiful landscapes near the wedding venue, within a 10-20 minute drive, such as La Foce.

Is transportation provided to and from the venue?

We understand that not everyone can drive, so we recommend taking a train to Chiusi-Chianciano Terme. To make your journey easier, we can arrange a taxi service for our guests on Friday, June 27th, and Sunday, June 29th, to help you arrive and depart comfortably.

For guests staying outside Monteverdi, we can provide a taxi service to your accommodation on Friday, June 27th, and Saturday, June 28th.

Where should I stay?

Rooms have already been allocated. Rockey and our wedding planner, Charlotte, will contact you to confirm the details of your accommodation later (at the latest in May).

Are there parking options available?

Yes.

What time should I arrive?

Please make sure to arrive by your designated check-in time on Friday.
Upon arrival, you'll receive a detailed agenda with all the planned activities.

Do you have a gift registry?

No.

Can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?

Yes of course! Please donate here.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please let us know as soon as possible.

Will there be activities or events before/after the wedding?

The couple will be in Tuscany a few days before the wedding; everyone is welcome to join them.

After the wedding, the couple and all guests will check out following breakfast on June 29th. Please plan your trip accordingly.

Is it possible to extend our stay at the wedding hotel for an extra day to further enjoy the Monteverdi venue?

Absolutely! We can arrange an extra day for you at the hotel at a discounted rate. For more details, please visit the Monteverdi website. Note that rooms for two start at €1030 per night.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

HOPEFULLY, all outdoors

What’s the weather typically like at this time of year?

Tuscany typically enjoys warm and sunny weather in late June. Daytime temperatures will range between 25–32°C (77–90°F), with cooler evenings around 15–20°C (59–68°F). Light clothing, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and a light evening layer are recommended.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes, food and drinks will be provided during the wedding events.

If you would like to enjoy additional services at the venue, such as food or drinks outside of wedding hours, you can pay for them at check-out.

Are there vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options available?

Yes.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Yes! We will have a team of photographer and videographers capturing the event, and we want them to be free to document the day in their style. You're also welcome to take photos and videos, but we kindly ask that you remain mindful of their work.

Please let us know if you prefer not to be featured in the final edits after the wedding.
